Danielle Harris

Director

Danielle is a management-side attorney at Cozen O’Connor where she primarily handles single-plaintiff employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage claims. She represents a wide variety of clientele within the banking, gaming, food, retail, and hospitality industries, as well as universities. Danielle also regularly provides ad hoc employment counsel to clients and provides non-litigation support with respect to internal investigations, drafting employee handbooks, and job audits.

From a social perspective, Danielle enjoys giving back to her high school by providing scholarships (DNH Esquire Scholarship) to graduating seniors in order to defray their college education costs. Danielle also enjoys providing employment law pro bono legal assistance to non-profit organizations (including Nourishing Hope), small businesses, and individuals who are unable to afford legal assistance. Danielle is always eager to lend a helping hand and give back to whomever may need it.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys working out (boxing), cooking, and cuddling with her 1-year old teacup Yorkie named Aden.
