Debbie is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital Organization Transformation practice focused on the Power Utilities & Renewables sector. She brings 25+ years of experience at Deloitte leading organizational change management for large-scale business and technology transformations, including 12+ years working in the Energy industry. Debbie has deep knowledge in communications, change management, stakeholder engagement, learning and development, culture, leadership development, performance management, and project management. Debbie is a leader in Deloitte’s Power Utilities & Renewables practice and Human Capital Energy, Resources & Industrials practice.
Debbie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education and Social Policy focused on Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two teenage sons and loves to volunteer in the community.
