Marina Silva, LCSW
Bilingual Clinical Therapist
Marina holds a master’s degree in social work with a concentration in mental health from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and French from Coe College. Prior to joining Nourishing Hope in June 2021, Marina provided individual therapy for adults as a masters level counseling intern at the Chicago Women’s Health Center. Her clinical interests include exploring life changes, working with queer, trans and gender non-conforming individuals and prioritizing mental health for communities of color.
Marina is a Chicago native, having grown up in Edgewater. She loves to eat out at local restaurants, cook new food, thrift shop, and take her pug Harrison on short walks.
