Rachel Nass, LSW
Case Managerer
Rachel Nass joined the Nourishing Hope Social Services team as a Case Manager in February of 2024. She previously completed an internship with the Social Services team while completing her Master of Social Work degree from DePaul University.
Rachel is passionate about issues of food justice and working with individuals to help create more equitable access to food and other local resources. In her free time, Rachel enjoys riding her bike, going to the lake, and trying new recipes at home.
