We plan to serve 30% more households by the end of this five-year period, primarily through expanding partnerships with trusted organizations in communities across the city.
This strategic plan was created in partnership with staff, volunteers, board members and community partners. It was informed and inspired by the people we serve. This is our blueprint to meet the rising need across the city, a vision grounded in equity and collaboration.
