Housing Case Manager
Susan Cardone joined Nourishing Hope as the Housing Case Manager in June 2024. In her role, Susan assists neighbors facing homelessness, housing instability, and other housing-related concerns. They are passionate about transformative justice, safe housing for all, and strengthening community care.
Susan received a Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Social Work, Public Policy, and Public Administration (MSW) from the University of Chicago. In their free time, Susan enjoys crafting, pole dancing, and exploring the city.
