Nourishing Hope Gala

The Nourishing Hope Gala is our largest annual fundraiser.

This year, we are hosting the event in person at Rockwell on the River on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 6pm. Join us to honor the impact of Nourishing Hope and our partners over the past year.

  • Fabulous silent auction prizes, right from your smartphone
  • Raise your paddle to support operating expenses and bid on exciting live auction packages
  • Live entertainment and dancing!

Help us raise $700,000 for Nourishing Hope’s vital community programs. Your support provides food for today and hope for tomorrow to our Chicago neighbors. Stay tuned for more details!

Caring for our Community

COVID-19 Precautions

The health, safety, and well-being of our Nourishing Hope community is top of mind as we look forward our events, so we will continue to inform our decision making concerning in-person aspects with city, state, and CDC guidelines.

With this in mind, guests at our in-person events will be required to supply proof of vaccination (physical or digital). Attendees will be asked to mask when not actively eating or drinking, in accordance with city mandates, and vendors will be required to remain masked for the duration of the event.

“Even before the pandemic, 1 in 7 Chicagoans struggled to consistently afford nutritious food — a tragic reality affecting the health and livelihood of generations to come. The pandemic and its economic impact have only deepened the disparities, highlighting the difficulties of gaining access to needed mental health counseling and social services. At Nourishing Hope, we’re committed to serving our Chicago neighbors and helping them to build a more promising future.”

Casey Herman, Board President
