Katie Adams
Senior Manager of Food Operations & Logistics
Katie joined Nourishing Hope as Assistant Pantry Coordinator in August of 2018 and was promoted to Manager of Food Operations in 2019 and to Senior Manager of Food Operations in 2024. She had been a volunteer with the organization for several years prior to joining the staff. Katie has been in the non-profit world for her whole career, previously working for Habitat for Humanity and in professional theatre. She is glad to have a position that allows her to spend time on her feet interacting with our fantastic corps of volunteers.
A Seattle native, Katie came to the Midwest to attend college at Northwestern University and has been a Chicagoan ever since. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, hiking, backpacking, dance, board games and cats.
