Omar joined Nourishing Hope in May of 2021 and serves as the senior bilingual pantry coordinator at El Mercadito and at Sheridan Market.
When not working with Nourishing Hope, you may see him on his bike or caring for his two cats, Onyx y Tigre. Fun fact: Omar used to be a professional theater dancer. He performed national and internationally with Ensemble Español Spanish Dance Theater.
